Original building from 1950, with a gabled roof, beams and original woods. What is unique about this winery is that the Fondillón barrels are suspended by beams over the old cement tanks, providing air on all sides. Its 27 barrels have different volumes, although they are among the largest. And its production maintains the vintage in some cases.
