The impressive winery located in front of the Sierra de Salinas and in a protected natural park, has in the heart of it, a secluded “sacred” cellar of Fondillón with a unique decoration. Some 66,000 liters with soleras have been stored there since 1972 and in different barrel formats.

This wine cellar is open to the public. It has a store and offers wine tastings.
