Since the 1970s, the cooperative winery in Villena has been collecting barrels from the old family wineries in the countryside and from the town center. At the end of the 1990s, its particular underground cellar was created with a semicircular arch architecture that today houses the 400 and 225 liter barrels whose mother solera dates back to 1972.

This wine cellar is open to the public. It has a store and offers wine tastings.
